"Letter" was definetrly my favourite out of those three. It was so lovely and the atmosphere was really soothing. I liked the storyline so much. The next is "My Best", it was also very, very nice. Like Letter, it was told so wonderful.
I didn't really like "Miss you". It was okay, but not as good as the other two.

I've only read the first one-shot in this volume. I'm not sure if/when I'll get around to reading the others.
"Letter" is a cute story with cute art. The ending feels a bit incomplete, but it sort of doesn't need more to tell the story. You already know what's going to happen before the ending that's there even comes, so more isn't really needed.
I like Kanae Hazuki's way of telling unique and interesting stories that aren't the usual "same story, different mangaka" style of shoujo. This one-shot fits that bill nicely.

Don't let the ratings dissuade you from reading this collection! My favorite story is "Letter" - I love it's ending (while it doesn't have the classic shoujo ending, it leaves you (at least me) with a smile. I also like the artwork in this story. If you are only going to read one in this collection - read this one! =)
My second favorite is "My Best" - while it is enjoyable, it is a little rushed and could use another page or two to add more detail/explanation to the story. Unlike "Letter," I cannot quite imagine what would happen on page 17 (it is only 16 pages long).
