I dont know why I waited so long to make a review of this. But either way, I have to say that this is one of the most epic tales in all of shounen manga. The characters are lovable (even the main antagonist), the art is unique yet simple, and it has a very satisfying ending that leads to the beginning of Shaman King: Flowers (which is the story of yoh's/Anna's son). To all the people who read this and don't know who Ren's wife is in the final chapter, it's iron maiden Jeanne (no, I'm not joking, and I like this pairing a lot >>) ... this is an awsome manga, i love it, especially the ending, i especially enjoyed the spoiler in the bonus chapter(for those who dont know what i am talking about i wont tell) but it is a series it gets a perfect 10 in my book

Only for people who have read SK prior (duh). Nothing much to say except it serves it's purpose of wrapping up the story and some stray ends. I for one am positively ecstatic to know that i was right about Horo's love interest. Still, if only more space was given, perhaps more can be elaborated. Non of his beautiful language came through this time. Must be the lack of time. Oh well.

After 5 years, the fans won. Takei finally finished Shaman King. And what a great finale. None of the main characters were shown with a wife except Yoh's who's is canon, and Ren, who has a son, but he won't say who his wife is. This gives some fangirls the right to continue fantasizing perfectly normally (RENXMARI!!! HORO HOROXMACCHI!!!) cough Excuse me. The volumes of the old might have been a bit slow, but the final volume was a perfect finish. Ten points.
