umm you guys realize that the manga was drawn in 1997 right? i mean WTF of course it is cliched, at that time it was most probably new stuff got that? at least take that into consideration when making a comment about a manga sheesh
This manga is really really sad! It's so cliched, even for me! I mean, I usually find stories that are cliched to be ok, but even I couldn't take it! I mean what the hell, I already know what's gonna happen on the 1st chapter? Yuiko's going to go for the grade A ass, Takami. You got the evil aunt, who has no logical reason to be mean! The emotionless/ stupid heroine to the extreme! The fast paced love for no reason except they think the heroine is cute?! The rival that will suddenly apear to make light of the utter fail the story already has become! And Yuiko, Takami, and Shun are probably not even blood related, and readers are suposed to be surprised even though it's been done so many times before when it gets proven! Not to mention, Yuiko really fails at a character. I mean, Takami may be nice to her, but he's trouble! She even witnesses him saying how he had sex with a girl, just because she asked for it, supposedly how she couldn't take a no answer? And Yuiko, hearing all this, doesn't even bat an eyelash when he suddenly confesses he LOVES her? Please don't read this! I'm already sad on the waste of time I put into it even writing this useful review. I really only gave it a 3 because of the effort it takes to draw, but even that wasn't very origanal! >.<
