Funny, yet thrilling story

Saburo is a really funny main character, and I like that he can at times switch from unreliable to really cool/intense.
This manga began kinda gag-esque, but soon turned slightly serious and I found myself surprised by the artstyle and plot. I really like mangas about sengoku period, and this one was definitely a great addition.
It made for an easily digestible history lesson.
