Description
One day, high school girl Sonoko forgets something so she goes back to get it. She glances out the window and sees a boy in the schoolyard, surrounded by unconscious and bleeding bodies!
The boy is Narusawa, and blood runs down his cheek, and he has a dangerous look in his eye. He is one of the toughest guys in the school, and had beaten up the guys at his feet. He senses Sonoko looking at him and turns to her.
Sonoko's school is co-ed, but the girls only have classes with girls, and guys with guys. At this school, most of the guys are the loud, rude, dangerous, violent gang-member type. Most of the girls know to stay far away from them.
But, things are about to change when this kind of boy asks her to be his girlfriend--the dangerous Narusawa-kun himself! He waits for Sonoko after school and follows her around. He seems to really like her! What should she do?
Narusawa has a different side to him that he is willing to share with Sonoko. He can be kind and funny. What a strange couple they would make! There are a lot of obstacles in their path to love. Narusawa is willing to tackle them, but can Sonoko face her own fears?

This was so annoying. Sonko is the worst of the worst. The first chapter was ok, with great future....  It's not!!!!!!!!!!
He is so good to her, and she is.... Horrible. Nasty. Obnoxious. Loathsome. Repulsive. Revolting. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really wanted to beat her up. i kept reading only because i hate starting manga and not finishing it, and because i really wanted Narusawa to ditch her ass and go out with someone else. He deserves it. Though i knew he wouldnt...

This manga is funny and I like these types of mangas; the girl falls in love with a delinquent.
But the girl is beyond annoying. She cries in every chapter and acts in such an annoying bitchy way. After 39084092840284 times she still goes around losing it because she feels 'embarassed' by her delinquent bf and then ends up crying to herself and thinking her boyfriend's in the wrong.

the plot was interesting, i love mangas were the heroine falls in love with a delinquent, but this heroine just sucked. I thought, sure you can feel that way, but you have to get over it! The girl kept repeating the same mistakes all the time (bitch) and the guy kept forgiving her!, kind of anoyed me.
The story is basically about Sonoko bitching about how her boyfriend being a yankee and being ashamed of him all the time. When i wrote this i thought, "shit, i didn't put anything good", but as someone else said, Sonoko just doesn't have any redeeming quality.
Note: the first chapter is kind of weird, i lost the time trail at some point, like their saying something and the author jumps to some other completly diferent scene.

Agreeing with people that said it started out good but went down hilll. The girl was really annoying toward the end. The second volume was unnecessary and the mangaka did say she didn't plan on doing a 2nd volume. She really should have kept it a oneshot I felt so bad for the guy, I can't understand why he liked her.

Sonoko is a bit of a bi-atch... She's really mean and rude to Narusawa. Why does he even like her? She's selfish and she cares too much about appearances. Narusawa is really a cute guy... He's sweet and boyishly charming. He's so nice to her, yet she's embarrassed to be with him; choosing to save face rather than admitting to her friends that they are going out. She abuses him physically and emotionally. What kind of heroine is that? I don't wanna root for someone like that. Sonoko doesn't even have one redeeming quality. God, she annoys me. No wonder the last scanlation group dropped this.
you just read my mind, 100% agree with you.
this manga started kind of good but till the end nothing much changed, same plot line with same characters got repeated over and over until it got annoying ... and god, how I wish that I could give Sonoko a slap across her face, always acting high and mighty, never acknowledges her bf as an equal person, despite all the kindness and love he shows her.... when I saw how she was quarreling with him because he had made a handmade teddy bear for her rather than buying some expensive gift, I really hated her. being materialistic, mean, ignorant and bitchy as hell, does this girl has any charm at all?

At first I was interested in this series because after reading the first chapter, I assumed there would we some development, lesson learned, moving on. But apparrently, our main character's memory rewinds after every chapter. I've read the five chapters released so far, and so far she's learned the same lesson, yes, five times. As they say, repetitio mater studiorum est, but come on. It's like reading the same oneshot five times with a slightly different setting each time. Sigh.. I suppose I'll keep at it if anymore chapters are released, but only because I refuse to believe that this could go on forever.

I only like the first chapter of this manga. I think this manga would work much better as a oneshot than a 2 volume series. Anyway, if you have read the first chapter then you don't need to read anymore!!!!!!!! No, seriously, ALL of the chapters goes like this: the girl doesn't want people to know she's dating a yankee and denies that they are dating. He walks off and she realize how bad she was to him, she cries and says sorry and they are back together and that's the end of the chapter! At the end of volume 2, the heroine still does the same thing!!!!!!!!! what is wrong with this manga??!!!!! it is seriously stupid and repetitve! No plot development, no character developement!

I couldn't get through the first chapter. It's like, the guy sees her and the next day he's in love with her. (BTW, this all happens within the first 4 pages.) This manga's not for me.  |
