Description
A boy went to take his trash out late one night, and found a strange, creepy, gothic-lolita-dressed woman sitting amongst the garbage bags. She asked if he had a little sister, and he answered her, hurrying afterwards back to his apartment. When he looked out the window, she was gone. Who is the strange woman, and why does she give him such a bad feeling?

 An interesting thriller

It's not quite terrifying, but an interesting read nonetheless. There is no focus on the supernatural, though an inspection of certain details can reveal a more gruesome conclusion.

Other than scaring you and having you forever watching out for a gothic lolita psychopath when taking out trash...

Numerous moments of the story weren't really logical, but I guess that is just how it works with horror.

and creepy at some rare times. But at some points it was disgusting to the point where I wasn't even scared but just felt physically sick. (might be because I have problems with seeing someone vomit)
It took me quite some time to get through it and the first volume didn't really keep me interested, the second one seemed more thrilling.
The part I found the most creepy was the old psychiatry, dilapidated buildings are just awesome... I also liked the second extra about that "editor", it reminded me of Misery by Stephen King a bit.

This was one genuinely creepy manga that had me unable to put it down until I finished the whole thing in one go. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a grotesque and thrilling horror with an air of mystery surrounding it.

I usually don't read horror stories but with the little sister angle on this one, it caught my eye (yes, I'm that kind of guy.) Anyways, more than fear for the protagonist, I feel kind of grossed out. The only legitimately exciting moment for me so far was when:

This is true terror. The Gothchick is really creepy. She has a kind of disgusting atmosphere around her and just reading the storys progress makes you sicker by the minute. She is both sweet and terrifieng at the same time. And of course, totally insane!
I really like the fact that there really is no explanation behind this dark evil plot. The thought's from a psychopath is somthing must of us will never understand. However, the background of this story speaks in it's own way. She really has a speciell opinion about little sisters...
I see that many of the comments states that they don't like the ending. I disagree.
The ending is the best! This is a manga about horror and true evil. And should not have a happy ending.

REEEALLY scary. Disturbing to the point that I had to stop, and wait 'til morning to finish!! I noticed that someone said that this was very similar to Zashiki Onna, and it's not really... They're both just scary! Read them both, it's not the same.

The critical parts of this manga used a bit too much drama, so it was easy to see where the writing was going next by reading the flow. I only stuck with it till the end 'cos I'd hoped the ending would be slightly different from such similar stories. A shame that much of the cast was quite interesting but development for them was limited.

I read this manga thinking that there'd be something humane, but still creepy about this lolita-type character, but she's just creepy. The creepiest thing about her is that she HAS no background. What background are the other readers seeing? She seems otherworldly, in fact...down right supernatural...(She can climb walls like Spiderman).

It was a decent read, but I wasn't really scared. Compared to Uzumaki, this wasn't that much of creepy.

But surely it was unique since the author decided to put a lolita character in a horror title. How much of a psycho she was, though. Of course she had a background and that's why she ended as she was.

The manga shows how obsession can be really scary.
