From ANN:

Well, all I can say about this is a really good "Nightmare-Giver".I wasn't really happy with the first chapters, but as I readed more I became addicted to the story and somehow, managed to finish it in a single night. It's an interesting one. This thing is just like somesort of mindf*ck,you just can't get it out of your head.I could barely sleep after reading it! It's an intersesting idea anyway,so it was expected!A really sick but awesome thing!
Im reading it now but I thought it would be useful to know that the version released in the U.S. is only 1 volume long and seems to conclude with out needing to go on to the sequel. I guess the sequel is just there for if you really like the first Ring. I'll update my review after i finish reading.
