A Great Manga by FateAvelncts on July 24th, 2009, 10:37pm

This is a long and old manga. I had it read it completely, and it is simply a magnificent manga. Though the genre says shoujo, this is perfectly fine even for male readers (Just try reading one or two volumes, you'll understand). In fact I personally would not place it under shoujo genre. The art style might seems not appeasing, but personally I would say it is good. The art style fall between shounen and shoujo manga (simply to say acceptable for both).

The story plot are good, at the same time succesively maintained both light and heavy atmosphere throughout the story. The setting (world concept, etc) is perhaps alien to some, but I doubt it will disturb the enjoyment of the story. Though there are few fault here and there, they are hardly noticeable, except if you try to find something to complain for this manga. Nevertheless, this manga is still addicting for its story development.

There's a some romance, but lack of fan-service (which I say is good in this case). Highly recommendable for new-manga readers, but I won't really recommend this manga to readers that is not interested in "adventure + early-era fiction" type manga.

Readers of year 2000 onward manga might find this manga not too appeasing at quick look, but I advice to try reading first few volumes. Half made judgement on this manga might result you a lost in a great manga. And once again, I emphasize that male readers can read this manga perfectly fine, as long as they like the genre and the world concept.

One of the few manga I would rate 10/10. (Taking in account: human limitation)

good adventure by cliff on April 4th, 2009, 11:30pm

it's a long manga and I pick this up out of boredom years ago but end up craving for more. The story blend mythologies, adventures, (a pinch of) romance, and others. It's actually really original and enjoyable. I really like the ending. It's something that I can remember although it's been years.

ps: The character may just be a child but he's more mature than most kids and he has his childish part as well unlike some shoujo manga who has a mature person traps in a child's body

Old manga, but it's very nice by Laclongquan on January 21st, 2007, 10:01am

Oh yes, I remember this manga. I read this years ago from a translation of CHinese version of this. God, that bring back memory...

Anyway, this manga is nice, storyline and art. The fanservice is really lacking but that's okay. I am excited waiting for the next chapters.

EDIT: Decide to edit the description.it was a bit too bland.
