The anime is great but it leaves you hanging. The manga does the same and there is no license on the novels which is bothersome. I tried to read the translations but it is hard. I know it must be a ton harder to translate a novel than a manga with no picture clues and a heavy amount of words, but I really hope this gets translated professionally in english. I'd like to buy it.

if you don't want to wait to long to read it, watch the anime
it's fully compile the whole novel

it's beautiful until half of the whole series, the tragedy is starting, betrayal, etc,,
the ending is PERFECTLY insane, well it's good for starter of the Dai series

At first, I kinda get annoyed by the repetitiveness of the series, but oh well, it couldn't be helped right? the author gotta make it readable (understandable) for first-timers.

Anyway, it really lives up to the tittle, a sage, a hero manga. Despite being humorous here and there, it really is a serious story. I personally found that this series has unusual development in the plot. Well, the characters development kinda predictable, though...

All in all, it is a great series to read for heroic tales' fans. The story is tricky, but not so complicated, so it is nice and easy to read. Just give it a try. I my self have been craving for the next volumes (as well as for the whole compilations).
