Description
From DrMaster: Meet Pam Akumachi, an energetic 13-year-old junior high student who has just turned into ...a little devil! One day, when Pam and her friends try to summon the "benign devil," the magic circle goes out of control and Pam is transported to a strange parallel world where angels and devils reside in an uneasy coexistence.
one thing i can say for sure for this series is this: memorable. Been some months since i read it and i remember the plot somewhat fondly. Art sometimes feels a bit old (not like a century old tho more like a decade old) still its good enough. I broke some points because i remember feeling dissatisfied by some points in the way plot evolves but thats purely personal taste so give it a try.
Quite weak plot, almost no character development to carry the weight and to character-driven manga. Last volume was like "WTF?!" and "The End!" and nothing more.
But I was slapped in the face and proved dead wrong. This is a manga that combines two things that I find irresistible: shoujo-ai and fantasy. It's funny, it's clever, and it doesn't take nine years to complete! This will remain one of my top favorites, a real gem that can't go forgotten. I'm glad it got licensed, and I'm glad I was lucky enough to read it.
I bought all the graphic novels in French. The story is really interesting. It takes you in another world with demons and angels. Pam, a human, fell there and became a demon apprentice. To go back to her world, she has to become a real demon. The plot was very good. The characters are linked in various ways and the author developped much of them. The only thing that annoyed me was the ending. It was too rushed. I'm sure it could have been way better if the author would have been allowed to more volumes. I'm still satisfied with this series. The art is really pretty and the background are well detailed. The character design is interesting. Also, it's classed in shoujo ai/yuri/whatever, but it's far from being the main element of the story which please me. I don't really like shoujo ai stuff, but I really liked this series! I recommend reading to those who wants to read something funny and more serious at some parts.
The series started pretty well: story pleasant to follow, characters likeable, art nice, and very funny random moments within it. The art stayed good until the end, which I, unfortunately, cannot say about the story. In the last chapter explanation of the 4th volume, the author expressed his worries about stuffing everything he wanted to relay into the last volume—I was wondering about it as well. The result? A pretty rushed ending. One could argue it spurs one's imagination. Sure, that would have been true if the ending felt more natural. Alright... Could have deserved a little higher rating, but, in the end, it was not that bad, really.
I've read the 5 volume and it's really good^^ i'm not into homosexual manga but this one is really good (even tought i would i loved it more if it was a typical shounen and that she fall in love with her minion^^)
