Published in Gothic Lolita Bible which doesn't focus on manga, so it has no target demographics.
A story about sweet guy trying to hook up with an egotistical girl...but it's not really like that.
Oneshot (Complete)

I first saw this in a Gothic Lolita Bible book (forgot the exact name), and was captivated. Even though it's super short, this is probably one of my favourite one shots. It has a sort of surreal feeling yet the symbolism of their relationship as cat and bird can be easily understood.
I don't think there's much to read into it, really - I think it's just a short, textless, cute oneshot showing us a glimpse into ...something.. haha. I enjoyed it, the art was beautiful, and you could really feel the emotions even without text. Actually, text might have even got in the way! 🙂
is the story of a girl as the cat and the guy as the bird. yes the mangaka uses a girl to put the cat as a person...something like that (:
after she rejected him he fly and fly and so she looked at him..
that was an amazing 11 pages <3
i loved the idea and the symbolism.
now the only question i have is,
why is it called slice of black chocolate...? lol.
A nice lovely manga that is just too short...I don't think I get the ending...and that sweet guy is too good for her...really weird...but nice art ^^
i like it!!!
i totally didnt expect it!!!
but even so...you have to admit that the boy is so totally sweet and weird for doing all those things for her!!!
all in all...very unique and lovely!!!
It was pretty cute. Nice art work. I didn't really understand the ending though... did they not belong together... because of the whole cat/bird thing?? =S
The art is really good and the story gives me a strange feeling (maybe because it has a sad end) although the manga isn´t tragedy it´s more like drama.
