I didn't read any preview of the oneshot. All I saw was the title and the first page, and I decided to read it after leaving it open in a tab for a while. (It's a bad habit of mine to collect tabs in my browser window, and then to collect windows. Heh. )

And THEN! I read it and LOVED IT! Wanted more! Didn't realize it was a oneshot. Oh! the disappointed pleasure!!!

And then--THEN, I came here and saw it was also a series! O frabjous day! I *almost* chortled in my joy, even. Ya gotta watch out for that.

I have yet to read the series, but it would have to be amazingly bad to pull down this 10 that the oneshot earned almost effortlessly. I mean, I reading this just before bed, I feel like I'm wrapped up in a fluffy, warm, beloved, beloving, wing-bed myself.

I could go on...and on...obviously. But read this, ok? If you love it too, I'm happy for me, for Sensei, and for you.

Both are very well drawn, but the oneshot instantly immerse you in a strange world with interesting characters and subtle feelings. The series seems to dilute the story of the oneshot with unnecessary plots. For instance, it now begins with the birth of the princess, but this doesn't add anything to the story, it's on the contrary quite cliché.

Having read the 2 first episodes, I'm afraid the series will be boring for a few volumes. Such a waste!

Amazing and epic. That is about all I can say about the oneshot. Great characters, interesting drawing style, amazing plot, open ending (I usually hate endings like this, but it just fit so well...). Perfect in every aspect, IMO, and I really hope the author decides to continue it in a series.

some light fluffy fluffy reading

definitely could have made a good few volumes
if the author was able to extend the storyline a bit more
