From MangaHelpers:
Professor Doug Wright teaches at Bennett University, teaching subjects such as bio-terrorism and chemical warfare. One day, he receives a letter from Asia's largest private high school academy: Marhawa Academy. The letter reads: "A biohazard has occurred inside the academy grounds." Doug immediately departs to investigate this incident with his nephew, Ricky, as his assistant. What he finds there looks to be another Raccoon City inside all over again. With the help of Chris Redfield and the BSAA [Bio-Terror Special Operations Unit], will he be able to stop the madness of the t-virus inside this isolated school?

The series takes part in the Resident Evil universe.

I have played every canon RE game and can´t hide my disappointment. The mangakas previous effort Saru Lock was sadly bland and ultimately disappointing but my love of Biohazard got me to check this one out and i hate to say that it has very good art, some occasional softcore gore (not nearly enough), unneeded fanservice and nothing more.
The narrative is a generic "highschoolers fight monsters in secret" story with no real world logic to it.
The characters are the typical clinches you find in nearly all of shonen manga and don´t develop over the first 4 Volumes at all. The connections to the franchise are very loose, could be cut out entirely and the manga still would work the same. If you really need a fluff action story with occasional Chris and Piers (why him ?) cameos and noting truly objectionable go for it but the Biohazard Umbrella Chronicles (8/10) tie-in manga and the second CG anime (6,5/10) are superior offerings and should be checked out first.
Update: I just read the ending and it was as bad is i expected. The whole story turn out to be mindless slaughter with one dimensional dead men walking that can´t fit in the games continuity and i have to wonder Naoki only looked at google image search and promotional material for the sixth game(the worst written one) to come up with this mess. At least i know which sequel series i won´t be reading and Utsurowazarumono - Breath of Fire IV (8,5/10) proves that game adaptations can work.
