Description

I started reading this manga when I was young and never finished. And if my rather girly shojo-loving self from the old days didn´t even get to finish this manga then I guess noone in today´s world will. Honestly if you´re looking for a shojo-supergirl type of story read Sailor Moon or Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne. They at least are something what one might call origional or eyecatching. This manga just doesn´t have it for me.
If you like Sailor Moon, Miracle Girls, Pretty Sammy and Tokyo Mew Mew, you should like Wedding Peach. The premise is that a middle school girl gets a magical item which allows her to transform into Love Angel Wedding Peach. She gains a bunch of friends and allies, searches for some magical artifacts, tries to meet her missing mother, and conquers demons with the power of love. It's completely ridiculous and over-the-top. The plot twists are mostly different from Sailor Moon's, and they make the story more interesting than it would be otherwise. All the love interests and family members end up being involved in the plot one way or another, which increases the warm fuzzy feeling you get.
The ending builds up really quickly and seems a bit cramped, but that might be because I read it all at once. It's really mushy and exactly what you would expect. I am not really sure what's going on, but the main story seems to end in volume 6. Volume 7 seems like some kind of alternate universe thing.
Anyhow, if you're looking for quality manga, this is not it. If you're looking for a cute way to waste time, and you like magical girl stories, this is your thing.
An EXACT copy of Sailor Moon just with ugly art and a stupid idea: Wedding!?? Lol!! But the anime has the EXACT same kind of scenes and villains; cant we come up with something more original, please??
