Description
From Anime Waves:
Meet Shizuki Maku - to say she looks "above average" would be a slight overstatement, but it's especially bad compared to her older twin brothers, the highschool heartthrobs Retsu and Tetsu. She always wondered whether or not she really belonged in her family, but things take a shocking twist when her brothers plant the suggestion that they may not be related after all.
Now she's supposed to pick one of them to be her boyfriend, all the while defending herself from all the other girls at school who want to keep her "brothers" for themselves! Life isn't easy when you're the ugly duckling!

The characters need to have more depth. What is the specific reason for both of these brother's being to passionate about their sister. So far the art is the only thing keeping this manga afloat.

I still don't get why they both love her - cause she tried to protect them as kids? It seems totally unrealistic - for something so not-impressive to inspire such devotion that crosses potential incest boundaries.

I would have given the series an 8, but I was kind of insulted by the mangaka's words: she wrote that she kind of disliked drawing plain people <_<
The series is really superficial. But still cute and interesting if you like love triangles and bishies.
The main female is a case of "strong girl in the world of shoujo" too. So maybe I will yet give it an 8 *hm...*

The premise is ridiculous, and some themes come up again and again. However, I like this mangaka's sense of humor, and the romance is being developed well. Art is very pretty, and her chibi's are awesome. Overall, it's not a braincracker, but it's enjoyable, and that's what we look for in manga right?
On the sidenote, I wonder whether AnimeWaves has droppped this project. I imagine it must be tedious for fans to wait years for 1 short chapter... *shrugs* just think it's a pity, since the whole series is good.
I can say, she ends with the "brother" I like most ;-)

Ok so i really thought the main character was going to be like The Rose almost cut out from quite the typical manga with absolute no self confidence and weak. Really not the case in this one, although she is not confident about her looks and who would blame her with such good looking bishies for brothers and mother, she can be tough at times and certainly not a cry baby. With the whole who is adopted situation i really was expecting the drama to drag on so was a bit relutant to read, again pleaseantly surprised although dramatic it does not drag on. The ending was also good but i really wanted to see more, something beyond being together perhaps...of course i know it's a bit too much to ask.

Its a good shoujo.
The relationship between Retsu and Tetsu and Shizouka remains strong despite the fact the drama going on and Its very funny. I quite Like Shizouka..
If you are a shoujo fan, I'll definitely recommend this for you.

the brothers are totally hot here! Read this if only to look at them!
It's only slightly disturbing trying to figure out which one is really adopted, but one is willing to forgive a lot with these two adorable bros... |
