I'm a sucker for this manga

I'm a total sucker when it comes to these types of manga...I don't know why I always choose to read it but I always end up complaining about it. And the worst part is, is that I can't seem to drop this manga LOL. Must. Finish. Till. The. End...

I think it's cute. I mean her parents approve. I think if it ended at the chapter where her father let them be together...that would have been a really cute ending..but no.

Now we'll have to see the obstacles they face..blahblahblah.

At the first few chapters I really liked this manga, it had a interesting plot and seemed nice but now having read up till chapter 35, I feel like dropping this manga because its losing its plot and it seems boring and also cause half of the stuff that happens since the new glasses boy moves in the whole story becomes depressing and annoying, but I hope things change in the next new chapters :/

i dont know why i kept reading this manga. the first chapter seems okay to read.
then aoi falls for shuusei and she started to irritating me with her desperate act to shuusei.
shuusei has no value to be likeable.
he's totally a JERK.
he treats aoi badly, and the girl just act like it's natural, nothing wrong bout it. aoi has no self-esteem. if love makes people become a fool, then aoi is a good example. i kept saying in my mind, get over it, you moron. but aoi always doing one stupidity to another stupidity.
Oh, and i hate the situations that make them closer. so NOT logical.

the stories bored me til the end. none

I just finished vol4 chap13. I don't really know the reason why I keep reading this. Maybe because there is not much text and the pictures are clear and easy to see. It's kind of light reading for me, a way to kill time while waiting for other series to be released. The plot is not good at all, everything is exaggerated, things happen so fast, there is no smooth transition T_T I guess this kind of story is for those around 15+ probably

I really love this manga cause of the way it is interlarded with many turnabout scenes and moments. It can surprise you in a way which can make you laugh really hard, or make you confused and disappointed, but not in a negative way, it just keeps your attention all the time. Especially these ending chapters, really sweet, romantic, funny and full of suspense cause of the Aoi's father now being introduced and cut in the story, just getting on our nerves cause of his meddling into their living-together life.--But, oh well, it wouldn't be so interesting if there weren't interferences alike, I just can't wait to see the final chapter. Hope it will end with them living together after all that commotion, and of course, the climax of the story would be the closing of the curtains of the manga with those packs of condoms in the fioreground which made Aoi's father go amok in the first place x) smile

I don't care, I love it !! Seriously I like the guys that act like jerks and when the meet the one they change its soo sweet awwww biggrin, Seriously I am a critic and I honestly see nothing wrong on thus except for the slow romance ..well it is romance but they don't actually get together until muuch layer...seriously read this, its like the less explicit version of that manga with the long name beginning with H or something..

while reading this manga, i really don't know whether to hate it or like it which is a rare thing for me. the girl's obviously desperate and the guy's clearly a jerk but i can't say that i hate them. it's like at one point, i don't like what the the main characters are doing but then, at another point, i can't help but like them again. it's like i'm totally attracted to them even if i'm irritated with what they're doing. so in my point of view, the characters especially the protagonists have there flaws but they also have good points that can be admired too. and i think, based on what their characters are, they're a match made in heaven.

it's a good manga and i recommend you to read it. i really can't explain why but there is this "magnet" in it that won't let me stop reading it.

I actually like this. C'mon, it's at least a little funny. I have to agree, Shuusei's really a jerk and everything, but this is shoujo. Princely types always run hot and cold - that's how the attraction keeps going. Considering this is a shoujo, we shouldn't have such high expectations. As long as it's amusing and gets a few smirks out of you, I'd say this was a job well done...

My advice to those of you who don't like this is to move on from shoujo. If you're seriously tired of slow, weepy heroines and jerk prince types, move on. There's still seinen and josei out there - have your pick! It'd be more worth your time than reading this and hating it the whole time. Unless, of course, you actually like this stuff.

I honestly thought I'd really like this a lot... in the beginning anyway. It seemed like it would be the type of story that twisted cliche into something a little better. However, those hopes just slowly fell as it dragged on and on... and on.

Typical shoujo with a naive female lead and a handsome, yet jerk male lead. I was hearing comments from before that L-DK is very cliche but you see, some titles take cliches and they make them enjoyable. But not in this case.

The first volume was entertaining. I said to myself, "This is not that bad."
But once I proceeded to the second volume and later, I felt so bored. It's like the author is forcing for various situations to happen. And some situations are just unbelievable. At first the author seemed that she was trying to achieve realism but she failed. For example,
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Aoi and Shuusei are only 16 and they are so damn independent. They are able to live alone without any problems. They pay the rent, they buy anything they want... How is that possible? Even if your parents can send you money, they cannot send you THAT much. It would be more excusable if the characters were college students, then okay.

And it's just so predictable. I mean, you know that third people will step between Aoi and Shuusei and drama will begin.

The characters are just so boring. Aoi is your typical naive heroine, just one level above from the super stupid heroines of Mayu Shinjo. At first she does not care for Shuusei but later she falls for him.
Shuusei... He is just an idiot. Ok, he has looks and he attracts tons of girls. Aoi on the other hand is simple but she is interested to be in a serious relationship with a guy in general. Yet Shuusei goes to her, he is flirting with her, Aoi is blushing (and of course she is charmed by his looks), she thinks that he has fallen for her but in the end he tells her not to fall for him and he rejects her. Why in the first place Shuusei flirts with her? Just to play? Just to kill his time? Even so, he targets Aoi a lot. He is just pathetic and immature like Shin from Goong.

The artwork is alright, nothing that great.
