From Yen Press:
Hachimitsu Private Academy was a revered and elite all-girls’ boarding school on the outskirts of Tokyo…once upon a time. But with the new school year comes a revision to school policy: Boys are to be admitted into the student body for the first time ever. But on his first day at Hachimitsu, Kiyoshi Fujino discovers that he’s one of only five boys enrolled at the school. Their numbers overwhelmed by the thousand girls in the student body, is it heaven or hell that awaits these five (un)fortunates?!

Not as bad as i thought!
Hey! Judging from the comments and tags I had the impression that this manga would not be my cup of tea - but I knew you can't really judge a manga before actually trying it out yourself and so I did try.
Turns out, its actually quite good! It grows increasingly hilarious every chapter, each of the five guys are entertaining to watch (and they're actually nice guys too), the suspenseful events are fascinating to behold, and the setting is quite original and bold. Also, the good girls are very kind people.
The fanservice is quite high in this one, but I think toloveru's is much worse. I have to say, 90% of the ecchi here is on that vice president warden girl, while other girls are, well, normal - showing little to no fanservice. (I wish they toned down the VP's ecchi moments, though I understand its actually a running gag, given how ridiculous they can be lol). Also wish the drawings of the female pantyshots weren't so...detailed. In my opinion though, this not considered borderline hentai - the new toloveru's borderline hentai, and also futari ecchi and the like.
There's really nothing to rage about in this manga (not yet at least lol) and the author never goes too far with the ecchi (so far .
May not suit everyone but please give it a try first before giving judgement ( by 'try' I mean MORE than 10 chapters at least, lulz).
Despite its appearance, this manga actually has a good heart. So to speak.

I rated it high but won't list it in favorite list
the comedy is good, no that will be understating, it's f*king hilarious!! Not a lot manga can make me lmao like this after Eyeshield 21. But I think mangaka tried too hard to make every single scene related to sex and naked girls. Too much that it turn off my mood sometimes. Defenitely can't be rated 10!
Best comedy ever read !
The comedy is just as good as other manga, but the plot, the schemes is too good, every character is unique, make it the best comedy ever. Honestly the ecchi in those first pages maybe too obivious (mostly because of that vice president), but after a few chapters it felt like just right amount. I've finished reading the first arc, and couldn't take my eyes off it a second !
I often find mangas to read by sort the list by rank, but this isn't even in the top four pages, push it up guys !
My God if you dont have a sense of humor and /or dont like this style of comedy then dont read it. im tired if reading other comments from people taking it way too seriously even though its obviously a comedy/ecchi manga. To me this manga is hilarious, their are many times where this had me bursting out laughing (Mainly the ones with Andre or Gakuto but almost every character has their moments); its just tons of awkward, lecherous and ridiculous moments(and a ton of Ecchi too) that are so funny. Theyjust have so much passion and ambition for ridiculous things lol. so if you dont like reading a manga like this then dont

Ridiculous But Hilarious
This is absolutely ridiculous but I'm laughing anyway. I'm not even into ecchi, I find it annoying and useless but this story is cracking me up and the characters too. The stupid situations they get into and the plans they concoct to try and escape are just so funny and they really have you on the edge on your seat at times. I'd have to say the whole thing when the friends thought that the two guys were gay had me in tears, especially at the shower scene. I'm really rooting for these boys to escape and it seems that they're close right now but I can see something going wrong. I also despise that female student council, all three of them, God damn they are infuriating. I'd also like to thank this manga for teaching me that the true meaning of life is ass. Update: I take it back the USC is great.

Did the Series just end at Chapter 78? That's quite unusual to end a series at a climatic end not knowing what will happen with the boys in the prison. could someone correct me if I am wrong?
What a great series, one of the funniest series I've read in a while. A lot of the plot is a parody of the prison escape/survival genre.
The excessive cruelty of the guards is ridiculous.. but hey, people can become pretty crazy in real prisons (think Stanford prison experiment). Basically don't take any of this series seriously (even when drawn uber-seriously) and you should enjoy it.
I didn't find the first few chapters that funny but after a while, just couldn't stop reading. Haven't laughed this much in a while.
I had fun reading it just as the mangaka had fun drawing it. It might be tiring to read this chapter by chapter since there are so much fan service and the pace is slow.
Some chapters that was interesting...
Spoiler (mouse over to view)
-that chapter on nipple hair cracked me up and he was blowing wind on it, LOL. -the answer to tits or ass was enlightening.
Keep in mind when reading this that these are boys who don't know how to handle themselves around girls. So they may not always handle the situation correctly which leads to the humor.
Surprisingly OK but it grew old on me
The art is great and the serious humor worked sort of for 6 Volumes but i have to say that i now have enough of it and after looking at the raws till 100 i couldn´t see anything to stick around but it was decent while the joke lasted. The prison arc actually concludes after a very long time but the following scenario isn´t that hot(no pun intended) or original. All in all Prison School is nothing phenomenal but at least the it´s is a comedy and not a porno. Not a lot of "hard ecchis" can say that. Still it´s a shame that the author had to kill Me and the Devil Blues.

Gets old, but has verve
This somewhat silly story has a lot of flaws, but to me it always gives the impression, in its over-the-top way, that it was written to be read as fun, by a mangaka who was having a hell of a lot of fun writing it. I particularly enjoy the way the main "enforcer" girl constantly lords it over the guys while wearing an impossibly revealing kind of "school dominatrix" outfit. Thinking back, I'm pretty sure that I was in such a state at that age that if such a budding dominatrix had (impossibly) shown up in my school I would have been happy to submit to her discipline just to get close to her under-clothed body.
Another reviewer explained earlier the key fact that this manga is situated in that short time-period of life when early-teen boys are both so incredibly horny and so socially inept that they despair of ever having a girlfriend or sex, and so will do anything to curry favor with any girl who'll interact with them at all. This story seems to me like it's essentially an absurd and visually-exaggerated acting out of that state of near-hopeless sexual need.
As such, this is a good, almost emotionally-true-to-life, story for boy readers of the age-group depicted, and an occasion of rueful remembering for men readers. (Girls might like it just to laugh at guys while getting a clue of how pathetically needy they can be.) I do hope, though, that at some point at least one girl ends up dating at least one of those boys. No one could stand that state of helpless horniness if it went on for many volumes, including most readers.
