I love this manga so much!
When I first started reading this back in 2012, I fell for the twins. There's nothing more adorable than reading a manga with young children in it, especially ones with twins like Aoi and Akane. I stopped reading it after I reached the 14th volume as at that point I just couldn't stand waiting each week or two for the next chapter to be released. Now finally, three years later, I get to finish this.
The main couple's romance develops at a very slow rate. But you hardly notice it as the twins keep your interest and some of the side characters keep the story going. You'll be reading the 14th volume before the romance really develops but trust me, you wouldn't care. Personally, if I compare it to Ouran High School, this manga has a faster romance development. It is slice of life so it's much more realistic than Ouran High School which would also explain the slow romance.
I have to say, the ending felt a bit flat. I was expecting at least 2-3 chapters on it so as to be able to catch up on what all of the characters in the manga are up to or how they are. BUT given that it's slice of life genre, the ending is still good. But I really would like that extra chapter just for a bit of extra fluff. I want more future glimpses!
Just became one of my shoujo favorites (and this is a lot by my standards).
Warning to any possible reader, you may die of diabetes when reading this manga xD.
It still has to continue, since a lot of developments weren't properly closed you'll know when you finish it.
Overall, a Good Slow Romance, but the Ending...
I know that a lot of people seem to have trouble with truly slow romances, which is seems to be the chief complaint about this manga. Personally, I found that the romance was not artificially drawn out and that the pace fit the plot and characters. The mangaka has excelled in bringing out all the cuteness, especially in the twins. The artwork was very fitting, and everything was in place. However, I found a couple of problems. First, the ending is abrupt, though fitting, which would be fine if the mangaka had tied up the several lose ends (I thought the sequel would, but it ignored them). Second, the twins were infantile for twins of that age. Being one myself, maybe I'm being too strict, but I found it hard to ignore the way the twins play individually at age two (when the story commences) since twins and other multiple births, when raised together, normally interact while playing at an even earlier time. Those two things aside, the manga is incredibly cute and a good slow romance.
Adorable though Slow-paced
This manga is just so adorable from the twins' actions to Shiharu and Seiji's interactions. Though the romance is VERY slow, for me it's worth it to read till the end. Now that it's completed it's even more worthwhile to read through this masterpiece.
First manga & I love it.
This in fact is my first ever manga, at first I wasn't fond of it as I have never experimented with any type of manga but as the chapters progressed I've learned to love it. This story is very unique and all the characters are so well thought of. I'm a romantic comedy type and this fits my preference perfectly. I suggest all those who love a bit of drama, romance and a good laugh to read this because believe me I will never regret starting it. I'm hoping this series continues on for a long time. It's a 10/10 from me.

don't know if I like it as much as I once did
Plus: the main character is very much her own person: she has a goal, is never made out to be overly attractive or unattractive, kind and gentle rather than a "genki-girl" type, and yearns for family rather than love (the romance is very slow). The male lead is likeable and is introduced as a realistic (for a shoujo manga) attractive man (he's tired when he gets home from, he has family issues but its not something angsty its something that has shaped some of his decisions and choices in life just as it has his brother). And lastly the twins: basically what will keep you smiling every chapter. Also their outfits are to die for like are you for real. (move over gossip girl)
The meh (nothing too negative): The romance is slow. And while this isn't really a problem the attraction is (towards the end of the series) slightly stop and go. The pace is off because of the main plot (the twins).
Its still really good though. If you're expecting a heart throbbing romance you're out of luck but that much is pretty clear right from the get go. Thats not the main appeal of this type of manga anyway. Its been a little while since I read a chapter but this manga's one of the good ones.
However I must add that when it comes to babysitter type mangas I do prefer Gakuen Babysitter to this, but only by a tiny margin. Love so Life has a solid romance, while in GB its more a comedic thing, but GB is cuter and has more babies.

the twins are so cute I ended up crying
Omg, every single character in this manga is so relatable and adorable~ The main characters are SO mature and considerate--they make me feel like a brat!!! The twins are the cutest things ever, and I get teary-eyed just watching them grow older slowly. The side characters are hilarious and CUTE!!!
Everything in this manga is freaking amazing. This is the BEST slice of life manga I've ever read!!!!
DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU WANT A FAST ROMANCE--IT WON'T HAPPEN. This manga is focused on FAMILY life, and the romance follows a realistic pace. There is a big age gap, but oh my god these two are a match made in heaven.

Don't bypass this one, You'll love it, Great Art - Check. Simple yet effective storyline - Check. Drama and Romance - Check.
There is something absolutely amazing about Slow Romances, it keeps you waiting for the slightest touch and when something does happen, even the slightest touch, it gives you thrills that are something else entirely, you keep hanging on for more.
Fantastic feel good manga! Highly Recommended.
The lingering feeling after reading this
Omg the sweetness in this story... You will get the MOE~ part from the twins action, the bittersweet love between the 2 MCs, and many comedy aspect. Read this! You won't regret it!
I Absolutely LOVE this!
I usually don't start manga that are ongoing, especially shoujo...but this one is an exception! I fell in love with the twins, their personalities are just too cute, not to mention the art is gorgeous! The plot can be a little slow at times, but it makes the story more realistic. I like that the romance isn't the main focus of the story. I was very emotional reading this, with some parts making me cry like a baby! I definitely recommend this!
