From Viz: At first glance, Nina Sakura seems like a typical teenage girl. However, she's actually a transfer student from a witch school! Now enrolled in a Japanese middle school, Nina is hoping to improve her grades, make some friends, and practice love spells on her unsuspecting new classmates.
Shy Ayu Tateishi has just made a new friend at school. But this new friend, much to her surprise, is no ordinary classmate. Nina Sakura may look like a normal middle school girl, but she's got a big secret. She's a witch. Or, rather, she's studying to be a witch. And apparently, she's not doing her homework. Her spells are devastating in their ineffectiveness and often result in the most embarrassing situations for poor Ayu. But things wouldn't be so bad if Nina's sorcery didn't make Ayu look silly in front of the one boy she secretly adores. All she wants is a simple love potion. What she gets, however, is a new best friend who almost flunked out of witch school!

I LOVE THIS MANGA!!!
I liked all the characters especially the main characters, my favorite part was the bonus chapter, so much things surprised me and i love happy endings!
It's quite a cute series, but it is cliched and easily blends in with other shoujo. It's funny, yes, but it lacks any depth and relies on too many shoujo cliches and the same old plotline to be considered great.
Nina's antics were very entertaining, I love how the flow of some chapters went, but a few of them left me going "huh?!" A must-read!
Not the best... I've read better. But, it's cute. Definitely a Wataru classic. But I kinda prefer PxP more. Hmm... reccommended though. Definitely a nice, light read. A bit childish... as in Carcaptor Sakura childish. Not usually what I read. I like to revisit the genres I once read a long time ago though. It feels kinda nostalgic. Anyways, you should read it (if you're a shoujo fan or a shoujo tolerant person). I wouldn't really reccomend it if you're not. Ultra Maniac is kinda typical, but not bad either way. It does'nt drag on forever and ever and ever *cough*Inuyasha*cough*. So to summarize everything I just wrote into one sentence: Cute.
i really liked the manga, and i kept rereading it....sadly i got it from the library.... its funny and the characters r super cute..... i liked how nina kinda talked in third person.....xD
I think am becoming a little slow from reading too many mangas...i had watched the anime for this one a long time ago but totally forgot about the manga or did not noticed. This is such a great read, i like when the heroines or main female leads are strong and there are a lot of comedies. The drama does not drag out and most importantly the romance builds in quire the interesting way. I really just love sensei's work i want to read moe, especially the art is just great.
one of the best!
This manga is the best works of Wataru =). the anime is pretty good but like always, the manga is better ^_^. i really liked the ending =D. the guys r so hawt. hahaha. i couldnt stop reading it!! I highly recommend this manga! ^_^. great art too. Wataru really improved her art work in this one
i loved this its so funny if your a big fan of this author you should read it, really good recommended for those who need a good laugh
this was a fun read. i mean of course i have read better but this was good... cute and i like the drawings.. nice.
A good read, even though it lost its focus
I enjoyed this manga quite a bit. However, I do think it kind of lost its focus after the second volume or so. Nina's crazy antics were charming and amusing... but then it was almost as if the mangaka ran out of ideas for spells-gone-awry and the manga sort of lost it's direction a bit. It was still a good read, however. And I actually really liked the anime of it. Possibly even more than the manga, which is a rare thing for me to say.
