Erika lied to her friends about having a boyfriend by showing a picture of an anonymous guy who turned out to be a schoolmate of hers and was shortly recognized by her friends. Their conversations then was overheard by the guy, Sata Kyouya. Erika went to explain and proposed her idea of faking as lovers. However, Sata who gave off the nice-charming feelings guy turns out to be a black prince and used her reasons to blackmail her instead.

The art is just adorable. I know it's your typical shoujo plot, but trust me! Try reading this one, the main guy is twisted but he's not some kind of jerk lol All the characters are just cute! Anyways, recommending! You won't regret it
I love this!
This is one of my favorite series at the moment (besides Aoharaido.) It's too early for me to spoil the surprise here (I read the series up to the current chapter which is chapter 9) but my advise is - do stick around.
The reason why I gave it a 7 for a rating is because although Kyouya lives up to his nickname, 'Kuro Ouji/Black Prince', Erika doesn't potray any characteristics of a Wolf Girl....I mean, what is the definition of a Wolf Girl in the first place? Someone who is stealthy by nature? So she lied to her friends and have Kyouya pretending to be her boyfriend but subsequent chapters doesn't show anything of a 'wolf' nature. I'm not too sure what does the mangaka mean by Wolf Girl so that's why the series is not perfect in my eyes - Erika isn't that wolfy as I want her to be. I'm thinking more of someone who is cunning and manipulative which I guess I derived it from the English saying, 'As cunning as a fox'. That's just wrong cause wolf and fox are not the same, aren't they? Haha. But I guess a wolf stands for a different interpretation in Japanese culture.
But that aside, I think it's a good read. It's almost veering towards typical shoujo but Erika is quite head-strong. She's not the typical shoujo lead. Sure, she started off quite weak; lying to her friends about having a boyfriend then almost getting caught in her own lie. But she's just a normal teenager who wanted to fit in. Most of us went through this type of phase before, I'm sure. She even tried to rectify the problem by going out with another guy so that she don't have to lie anymore. At least that's effort in her part. She doesn't cry at the single thing. So yeah, I like her. Kyouya...Perfect sadist. Need I say more? I hope he won't relent so easily in terms of his outlook on relationship and romance. That's where the strong point of this series lies. The fact that Kyouya is so cynical to the point of being evil behind that handsome facade of his. It'll be great to know what's the reason for that type of behavior.
Read this sometime ago, didnt finish it, just remember reading it while browsing list of manga here and thought to make a review. That cover of bishounen prince made me want to read this. This manga should have finished when they finally have their feelings across and dating for real. The story lost its point and the mangaka just prolong the story without significant plot.
But I can't continue this..I don't care about the cliches if it's carried out right..but the manga is just not at that point. He treats her like crap and people may call Erika "strong" for not giving up but there are so many other mangas out there that portrays this cliche plot better..I just couldn't make my self read anymore after chp 9..
Not my cup of tea...
I think the art is decent although nothing special. The whole thing is just cliches and meaningless. The female lead is weak and boring, the male is not nice but not in a cool way either. You would expect smt like he looks mean and acts mean but some time shows his good side and she falls for him. Well, he doesn't really show much good and she just likes him for no reason. Besides he claims that she's his pet but he doesn't treat her as a pet nor act like her master. Maybe they did like once or twice. The plot is basically really weak. I know i cant expect much from a shoujo like this but this one is below average.
LIKE!! I love this manga XD
When I first time read this manga(page 1 and ch 1 end), i think the manga indifferent, what bored and weird -_- But I totally wrong!!..
THIS MANGA AMAZING!! *for me
Yeah, the story is different than I had read think. the story is funny, so sweet and ..... (You MUST READ)
story is different than any manga, not make bored (so many bored current manga)
and if you read it till ch 21 You'll know Sata-kun who not believe in love now can love someone and he so shy >_< and Erika-chan who stupid girl, can undestand sata kun than any girls
You can find what we can learn from that story.
I give 5/5 from this manga LOVE XOXO
Its a typical shoujo. The boy is a cruel guy who has a pure heart deep inside, the girl is dumb but not always so she isnt so irritating, they end up together, because the guy helps her, but just to make her his dog. Its such a cliché. And the ending gonna be that they do really fall in love with each other. The boy gonna behave like a jerk with her but will be less cruel than the begining. Yeah, thats love... I hate storys like these, they make the purehearted little girls think that this is a healthy relationship. I gave it a 2 because the two friends are bithes and its refresshing to have them in this kinda manga
First chapter in and I'm already loving it so far. Despite the initial and cliche set up, the male lead is different and interesting enough to make it feel more refreshing. The heroine is amusing, though there's nothing special in particular worth mentioning. All-in-all, I'm looking forward to reading more and see how far their relationship can progress. I'll also change my rating with the release of each new chapter. Keep up the good work, Keijo Shoujo Scans~♥
Latest chapter was great and I'm still liking it so far. And in all honesty, I can't understand why it is that people are complaining. If you don't like it, don't read it, it's as simple as that. It's not like it's tagged as slice-of-life, so if that's what you're looking for, then it probably isn't for you, but if it's pure shoujo entertainment, then look no further!

well if you into cliche manga then of course this definitely is a best choice to read because of the whole jerk boyfriend ( maybe worst than a jerk) stupid main girl dating. but if you wants to read a serious good shojo, this not the one you should look at because the main girl personality is so 1D to the point you can not relate to it, and the guy is obviously an jerk, the story is not very that logic enough to make the reader read and relate themselves in, is more like reader read and have one of those wtf moment of why the main girl choose a bad guy to like even those he just only look good... nice art but TERRIBLE STORY and CHARACTERS, is not logical and realistic.

Don't read the actual story, but skip to the individual scenes. I don't particularly like the characters or the story, but the scenes are cute, with witty dialogue. Unfortunately, these scenes are few and far in between, which caused me to jump around to the parts that I actually thought were funny. I don't recommend reading through it, as if there's some deeper meaning. This is pure shoujo fluff, only a tad (okay, a lot) more irritating to read. I can't imagine that this manga can last that much longer on its premise (except by adding random filler crap), but if the author decides to stop in about a volume or two, the individually cute scenes might earn this manga a 3. Maybe a 4. I read this when I have time to burn, and I feel in the mood for page skipping. (It's actually quite a fun game. "Where's the jealous scene again?" sort of thing)
