I'm looking for manga that has a character with a disability (blindness, paralyzed legs, missing limb/s, etc) as the protagonist or a main character. But my itch is more specific than that. I don't want a character who is so badass that having a disability only emphasizes how cool he is when he defeats able-bodied men, (a la Until Death Do Us Part) nor do I want a helpless little sister type of character. I want a character that struggles with and overcomes his disability.

Preferably shounen/seinen

The only titles I can think of off the top of my head are Real and Heren ESP. They're both pretty good, as far as I can tell.
