as the topic states I want some yaoi with realistic rape...if they even exist -.-...

I DON'T want:

-Stockholm Syndrome ...only if the story is really good but only then it is ok..
-"..It dosen't feel so bad"
-"oh!! I got raped..but now I've got an appointment" (as in rape=no big deal)

what I want:
-I want he feelings of the uke to be shown...feeling of dislike because in no realistic rape someone is fine with it
-the aftereffects of the rape...some trauma maby?

...well these are just some suggestions but...as long as it's realistic even DON'Ts are acceptable

who suffers from a serious fear of touch due to a previous rape. I think it's done quite realistically. The title is "Let's Tie Hands", it's the third and forth chapter of the book. The fifth chapter "Always Hand in Hand" is also about this couple.

• the 3rd story "Sora no uragawa" from Bannin by Kunieda Saika. Two chapters, and the rape is very realistic and heartbreaking, just like the aftereffects and the trauma caused in the men.

The Gintama doujinshi, Hadou, has a really horrific and emotionally devastating gang-rape scene... Very realistic. It remains THE most memorable rape scene for me, in terms of the degree of sheer psychological agony I experienced while reading it... It actually made me cry...

Another extremely realistic and upsetting doujinshi featuring a rape scene (on par with Hadou in terms of the devastation it wreaked upon me), is the Naruto doujinshi, Zero.

Rika the Breeder has a lot of rape (it's kind of the theme, even), but it's definitely a big deal and its destructive effects are realistically portrayed.

Awakening Puberty has a more realistic than normal portrayal of rape... Two friends who mutually like each other are maturing at different rates, and the more sexually precocious one ends up raping the other only to feel MASSIVE regret - and the other, more innocent one is realistically frightened/confused in the aftermath, trying to understand how such an event fits into their life-long friendship... and whether that friendship can ever be recovered. The two characters do end up together, though, so that might not be your thing...

Sad (Lovely) Words features a childhood rape victim who still can't speak as a result of his past abuse... It takes a long time for him to trust anyone.

There's a realistic rape scene in the second volume of Junjou, between lovers, no less. The portrayal of the rape is realistic because it shows that even in a relationship in which both partners regularly engage in consensual sex, it is still possible for rape and/or sexual abuse to occur. Serious regret on the part of the seme - and anger on the part of the uke - follows...

Dog Style is partly about the aftereffects of rape, and it's a really good yaoi manga to boot. It is realistic in an ..erh.. unrealistic way. To phrase it in a different way, even though the story may be a bit extreme at times, it doesn't bother you when reading it, because you get so caught up in the manga's pace... 🙂

(And the art is really nice!)
