so after reading all the josei/smut/romance manga i could find, i am now desperately searching for a romance/hentai manga. one with a plot, not just mindless sex. also preferably one in which the guy isnt bombarded by every girl he meets. No incest....everything else is fine. thanks!

read the stuff by FUUGA they pretty much all have plots , and most of them tie into each other (all set in the same manga world)

Seconding FUUGA's work but be careful, some of his stories contain incest.

That aside, anything by TANAKA Yutaka, the mangaka of Ai-Ren, should do. No incest and all of his love scenes are tender and happy. Anyone who's read Itoshi no Kana can attest to this.

Kumo no Michi I found very nice. It has some romance.

In terms of smut:

Erotic Fairy Tales has a good collection going.

Renai Shijou Shugi is very, very smutty.

And anything with the Harlequin tag often has a small to moderate amount of smut, in case you haven't gone through all of those already.

thanks for the responses however i've read everything halequin, erotic fairy tales and most of the manga by Fuuga. like i said before, i think i've read soo much manga that i've run out of resources. i forgot to mention that it would be nice if the mangas suggested were completed, it's not a requirement though. thanks again guys!

Lets see,although romance titles are not my forte, i could suggest a couple that might fit your criteria.
Velvet Kiss, Koi wo Suru no ga Shigoto desu, Sakura Tsuushin (this one might annoy you, but the damn art is so amazing 😛 ), other works by U-Jin worth mentioning like Juliet and Peach! (though they are not 100% romance, and they have mix elements),Baka to Boing,Hiyoko Brand, Chisa x Pon.
Though most of the titles i mentioned are more borderline-h than hentai, well whatever,i have read so many H that i cant remember which were more romance oriented and which not.

wow, everything that everyone's suggested.....i've read sigh. if you guys know any good hentai anime that's fine too. so far...after everything i've watched i must say i enjoyed Erotic Torture Chamber, Fencer of Minerva and Orchid Emblem the most. if you guys have any suggestions along those lines i'd be fine with it. Although...the huge/giant/unrealistically large boobs are extremely annoying. Thanks i look forward to all your suggestions!!!!
