Most younger seme/older uke mangas I've read involve the young seme being forceful and demanding. However, I'm looking for a manga where the older, more experienced uke gently guides his naive seme through the trials of gaydom. Basically, an almost paternal relationship. No shota/coercion/rape, please.

Any ideas?

Café Latte Rhapsody sort of. It's one volume, but the uke is obviously experienced while the seme is completely new to his first love. It's a very cute manga. 😀

I think Gokujou no Koibito is.
And some of the stories in Othello should have more experienced ukes.

Hmmmm.... I'd like more passive/cuter semes, if possible. Kinda like Koiha Ina Mono Mouna Mono except less crazy and with a larger age gap.

If I remember correctly, Roumantei no Juunin has a inexperienced seme that isn't demanding, I believe he doesn't even know what to do. I don't know about the age gap though.
