Probably fly to the top of a mountain just to see the view(since I don't think I could climb it in that short of time) then go sky diving. Afterwards I would also create an amazing meal(using a cook book since I don't know how to cook) for breakfast and go to a fancy high class restaurant for dinner. Then I'd bang my GF and beat the shit out of someone I don't like.

I'd spend the last few moments with my family and paint/draw a picture of them while telling them stories and confessing my wrong doings. Soon after I would ask for no funeral since those are a big waste of money and I'm already dead so I wouldn't care.

I guess whatever I planned to do already that day. After all, if I did something dangerous, that would probably be how I died, in one of those annoying time slips that form around prophecy.

The only change would be a small possibility of me writing a will.
