Okay a while back I read this manga and I love it but recently I wanted to re-read it but I forgot the name. it is about a a girl and a guy being introduce to eachother because their parents re-married eachother. They have no blood relations to eachother. They started to go out secretly and everyone loves the girls step brother. All I know is, at the end of the series, he falls dow stairs protecting his step sister from falling and they tell every one about their relationship. Please help me...I really want to read it again.

The only thing that comes to mind is Marmalade Boy but I don't remember about the falling down the stairs.

It's definitely not Marmalade Boy. Sounds like Kiss wa Naisho ni, the boy does fall down the stairs protecting the girl from what I recall.
