The only one I can think of is Transformation Boy.

Not that it's so-called arousing, but that I like the setting and think it has potential. The story could have been better written (should remove the fall in love shit in the description) and turned into guro. 🤣

If it is like Ikenai Otoko (I second you there, really hot)..Those very explicit mangas I could say most of the works of[/a]Sadahiro Mika[a] would do..(she is a bad girl that likes to draw manly ukes, reversi couples and very explicit scenes)
Now, if you talk about those details, especifics that arouse someone..I would categorize as arousing those stories with characters that appeal to me with that tough and dirty talk, like Ore ni Koi Shite Dousunda (That cop is darn hot just by talking) or Akanai Tobira first story (same criteria as the pervious one)
Or those with some kind of fetish, the kinky ones without being filthy (yeah weird, but there is a line for everyone) like Don't stay gold or Canvas ni Kuchizuke wo

I second The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese. This story builds and builds and builds sexual tension like a pressure cooker, so when the main characters finally get together five palm-sweating, hair-clutching volumes later, the catharsis is explosive. Actually, I don't even remember the sex. I just remember the atmosphere.

I just read Agnus Dei - Lamb of God. Not a bad story for a one-shot. It's not that graphic at all, just a bit more than the usual smut. The first part actually reminded me of some movie I saw. The second part still suffers from the type of "crazy love" the author likes to create. Too idealized for my liking. I read Rub in Love and thought it was good. But when I read a second title by her, I was fed up by her style (don't be fooled by her raw smut lol). Damn, the ending is indeed a surprise. XD
