Well, I'm looking for some manga that has a family or some part of the family taking care of the baby. It can be babies, or little kids, as long as they are incorporated to the main story. Like Aishiteruze Baby, or Akkan Baby. It seems these kinds of stories have intrigued my interest and I want to read them 😀

I've only read one chapter of Aka-chan to Boku (aka Baby and Me), but it was ridiculously adorable.

And I haven't read any of Mama wa Shougaku 4-nensei, but that looks cute too.

The only one that comes to mind (that hasn't already been mentioned) is Kami-sama no Orgel. Only 3 chapters have been scanlated & the baby's just arrived; it's 3 volumes total.

Maybe Hotman? Only series I can think of offhand that sort of fits your request.
