It doesn't matter if it's shoujo / seinen / shounen or whatever.
Are there any manga out there that focuses on romance with stubble chinned guys? 😀 I find them insanely sexy, and upped the entertainment factor tenfold!
Examples:
- Main character is a blind man with a hellishly sexy stubble. As far as the romance goes...
the little girl predicted they'll end up being married together, but that's not for another few years. :D
- Another sexy stubble. Only downside of it is that they gave him moe eyes. As a result, the combination is very, very strange. Carries a strong, steady relationship with Horo, the wise heroine of the series.

Tachibana from Antique Bakery is my go-to guy for sexy stubble. He doesn't get much romantic action, though, sadly.

Eros from The One occasionally has stubble when he's recently been doing his "homeless person" impersonation (I think that's what it is, anyway...?), but frankly I prefer him without. Still, I guess it somewhat counts.
I agree, I really like Mamoru's stubble from Shi ga Futari wo Wakatsu Made. Plus he's just a cool guy in general.

Er... Except that I can't think of any that aren't already mentioned. Wait, no... Chocolat! Definitely. The guy's so stubbled you could grate cheese on his chin. 😀
There's loads of stubbled guys in yaoi, but like base_coat pointed out, we don't yet know if you want those. 🙂
