Lol, this time I'm looking for a manga where a character's ROMANTIC AND/OR SEXUAL past comes back to haunt them in some major way, even though they're currently in a relationship with someone else.

Must be SHOUJO, JOSEI OR BL. No shounen or seinen, please.

E.g. A guy is going out with a woman that he's in love with, when suddenly a recent ex-girlfriend/sex-partner tells him she's pregnant with his baby... Oops! (Something almost like that happens in Shape of Love, I think.) Or the main char has property left to them by a deceased ex (I can't remember this yaoi manga's title, please tell me!)... Or discover that they might have an STD that could only have come from one of their ex-partners... (Like in Yatteraneeze!, with AIDS).

Something like that, where the character's romantic/sexual past comes back to haunt him/her.

Midnight Secretary (Josei, smut)
The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese (BL)

I think Sunadokei (Shoujo) fits also.
It's minor in Himitsu no Himegimi Uwasa no Ouji (Shoujo).

Cut (BL) sorta fits.

Gerard & Jacques (BL) - Major baggage involving the dead wife. But you've probably already read this.
Mars - The sexually abusive stepfather shows up and makes trouble.
Nana - The ex, or whatever she is, just won't go away.
Punctures - The new lover starts doing the exact same things as the abusive ex after getting a body part transplant from him.
Rurouni Kenshin - The dead wife's brother shows up and tries to kill everyone.
Samurai Usagi - The wife's ex-husband comes back and is evil.
