Its about a girl that goes to a college split between the mechanic area and her area (can't remember what her area was called.) but the other side was known for delinquets and one asks her out and she doesn't really want to go out with him but does because she is afraid to turn him down only to find that she really does like him and the rest is about her struggling to accept that.
