Doesn't exactly fit your request but Evyione has a merman, it's like the Little Mermaid but with the genders reversed. It's got romance (and the art is nice).

EDIT: I had a look at the mermaid tag, you're right there isn't much but then there isn't much manga about mermaids. I think that's probably all there is.
