Heya! A little bit of an unusual request.

I am looking for a tv show, manga, movie, or book that inspires happiness. While I understand that everyone has different things that make you happy, I think y'all sort of know what I mean. Something that inspires wonder and joy and makes you feel like there is everything and anything ahead of you. There can be drama and hard times, but overall I want it to be bestow happiness.

Wonderful examples!
Rise of the Guardians (movie), How to Train your dragon (movie), Wolfblood (british tv show), Chihayafuru (manga), Love so Life (manga), Natsume Yuujinchou (manga), Hikaru no go (manga),

Please and thank you!

I just finished yu yu Hakusho anime and I feel pretty darn good and HAPPY.
I felt exactly how you described it, there can be hard times, but light shines through. 😀

This is a pretty difficult request but...

Aqua and its sequel Aria definitely did that for me. Reading them always makes me appreciate the little things in life.

Himitsu no Kaidan and its sequel Otome wa Inoru gives me the same happy feelings as Aqua/Aria does.

Seishun Kouryakuhon had that bittersweet quality for me that came with graduation, but it made me smile a whole bunch during the whole thing too. (Actually, most of Akizuki Sorata's stuff makes me happy.)

Dusk Story - Tasogare Monogatari just had some inexplicably amazing quality that made it an absolute joy to read each time. Most of TONO's manga gives me this same feeling.

My Young Cat and My Old Dog is such a sweet and simple little series that I can't help but like it. While not a pet owner myself, I think it becomes even more poignant when read by one.

Ritou no Umi is a really nicely drawn, short, slice-of-life manga that I ended up enjoying much more than I thought I would when I first started it.

The same can be said for Yume no Soko.

And, a lot of long-running mangas' endings were also really inspiring for me, such as Full Metal Alchemist, Kekkaishi, Parasyte, Ueki no Housoku etc. But I think that's true for nearly all endings of long manga.
