Good mermaid/merman mangas

NO ECCHI!
NO HORROR!
NO ONESHOTS!
No Mermaid Melody. I watched that as a kid, but growing up, that's no longer good enough.
No Mermaid Forest either, not really looking for the more horror tilted mermaids. I think I'm looking more for drama, if not tragedy, and stuff like that. Basically, pretty stuff, and optionally something that can stir up your sympathy. Not really those that go around turning into monsters; ugly.
Also, not that one where the mermaid marries a human guy, can't remember name, for seeing her as mermaid of something. Something Hanayome. Anyways, I'm not looking for those kinda boring and simple comedy ones.
That said, there's not much left. As much as I don't like reading manhwa, Evyione is probably the better mermaid mangas out there. So I'll take manhwa as well... for this time. Just no Hwang Mi-Ri ones, her art sucks.
I'm pretty loose with ecchi this time too, but still preferably not. Anything else is probably fine, since the only other thing I can't take is yaoi. But mermaids have tails instead of... so it's fine XD. I like shounen-ai anyways.
As for oneshots, I don't like them. They simply aren't long enough. While a lot of oneshots are better than the average manga, they only last that long. So preferably not those collection mangas either. It's not that I completely reject them though, if it's really good I'll still take it!
Any good ones? Even better if it's mermans, eye candy XD. I'll also take anime! Chinese novels (Traditional Chinese, HK or TW) too if there's any good ones out there.

did u try Evyione
edit...opps. sry. didnt read all
there's Mister Mermaid but that one's yaoi. it does stir up the drama feelings and fuzzyness like u described though. its not a series, but not a short one shot either. i think its a volume or two long. its not all that graphic either. just kisses and implied sex.
What I like in Trivial Pursuit style. Pick your category:

Seconding Coral - Tenohira no Umi.
Then there's Ludwig Fantasia, a one-shot parody of The Little Mermaid. Even though it is a sequel to Ludwig Revolution, you won't need to know much since that was episodic. It was just a douchey prince (Ludwig) getting kicked out of his country so he'd find a bride and while doing so he gets involved with fairy tales, just that each would have a unique twist. It's pretty funny and I actually recommend reading both.
