What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Its called Ice Forest by Chiho Saitou, it was a dropped project by barcarolle and stage storm and I would like for it to be completed, most of Chiho's work is usually very good and I have enjoyed the first two volumes and would like for it proceed, is there anyone whom could assist me in being able to achieve this goal please.
