Just read Memoirs of a Geisha and thought that I wanted to read something with that theme. Been reading Oiran Girl and I know of Sakuran.

No Hentai/Borderline H. No Yaoi/Yuri. Can tolerate Shounen Ai.

Thanks in Advance

Well, this is pretty much what the Geisha and Courtesan/s tags are for. There's some overlap between the two tags, but the Courtesan/s tag appears to have more manga. There may also be previous forum topics which you can search for yourself.

Still, if you want personal recommendations, I liked Mademoiselle Butterfly and Oedo wa Nemuranai!, but they're not really like Memoirs of a Geisha; most manga in the Geisha tag don't really give much insight into the lives of geisha like Memoirs supposedly does (there are many questions about its accuracy) and they're usually fictional pieces whose accuracy is not a priority. Also the period tends to be earlier. Kurenai Niofu seems pretty close, perhaps, but it's unscanlated. :REverSAL may also but it's in an alternate reality so it may not portray the actual historical customs.

While it is not wholly about courtesans - rather the focus is on the Shinsengumi - Kaze Hikaru is set at the end of the Edo period and strives to be as historically accurate as possible. Several courtesans make major appearances in the story and the author provides many illuminating notes about the life of courtesans and trivia about things like their costume, ranks, and the differences between courtesans in Edo and Kyoto, which at the time had very different customs from each other. If you're interested in that sort of era at all, Kaze Hikaru is a great read, it's just not 100% about geisha or courtesans. Still I thought it was worth mentioning.

Aside from the Geisha and Courtesan/s categories, as mogiks pointed out, I'd like to mention that there are also categories for Brothel and Red Light District. You might find something useful in those two.

Memoirs also strikes me as a more serious novel, while for instance Oiran Girl seems more lighthearted to me. Along the lines of the latter, I liked Edo Karuta and other works by the author.

I think Yukarism has some potential. Note though that it has to do with time travel, so it's a bit of a twist on your request.
