a story about one will do everything (in a good way) to get the crush to like the said person ,but in the end it's unrequited. no revenge,no hatred, coz the character sincerely love the crush. like a girl trying to get a guy to like her. shounen ai also acceptable.
something that shows how beautiful love is - loving is losing yourself to someone, not winning someone over.
smile any suggestions?

Hachimitsu to Clover has several cases of unrequited love. One of my favourite mangas.

Bokura ga Ita-complete: 70 chapters

About a girl named Takahashi Nanami who falls for a boy named Motoharu Yano. They end up dating however Yano reveals to have some things from his past he can’t let go of which causes problems in their relationship and makes Nanami feel insecure about Yano’s love for her. However, Nanami still sticks by Yano‘s side though knowing she would have to put up with the pain of not being loved full-heartedly.
It’s really heavy on the heart as each character, especially Yano, struggle on their journey to their discovery of true love. Which I think contributes to each of them learning that loving someone is difficult, so difficult you’d do anything to make them happy. However, it’s the best thing anyone can give and have. Overall, it’s a really good slice of life/romance manga.

Koiji-complete: 50 chapters

This manga is a more mature manga. More in the category of Josei. It’s about a woman named Mame who has been in love with her childhood friend, Souta. However, no matter how many times she confessed, he told her he could only see her as a little sister. Souta ends up getting a girlfriend whom he later gets married to and has a baby with. 10 years later, Mame is still in love with Souta. However, Souta’s wife had passed away and now runs a restaurant as a widowed single father.
Mame is still good friends with Souta however struggles with moving on from her long unrequited love. Souta, also struggles with having closure with his wife’s death. The two follow down a path of love and healing. I feel like it follows the same feeling and storyline as Bokura ga Ita in terms of loving someone so much, you’d take all their pain and suffering that comes with it. I think it’s really nice that the manga didn’t make it in a way that Mame was going to replace Souta’s wife but instead help him have closure and feel loved again.

Crazy for you-complete: 23 chapters

This one really hits home for unrequited love. This story follows a young girl named Sachi, whom is a natural airhead. She goes to her first mixer and meets a boy named Yuki. They get along and she ends up falling in love with him. However, she finds out he was and is still in love with her friend she made at school. Though he ends up finally dating her friend, they have major complications to the point of making Yuki distant and cold, especially with Sachi. However, Sachi still does everything she can to be there for Yuki.
It’s a nice light hearted but still contentful manga. Sachi is a truly pure and kind hearted girl. Not at all trying to win over Yuki but rather trying to take on some of his pain and trying to understand him.

Hapi Mari-complete: 40 chapters

This manga is more mature and also in the Josei category like Koiji. It’s about a woman named Takahashi Chiwa that works two jobs: an office worker in the day and Hostess at night. Chiwa works hard so she can pay off her father’s debts due to his failed business and her mother leaving them. One day, she unexpectedly gets called to the president’s office only to find out she’s to Mary him. She agrees as he offers to lay off her debts.
This love is unrequited in the sense that both partners are in a marriage though not due to love, but due to goals. The male protagonist, Mamiya Hokuto, is very cold and business-like in the beginning but soon warms up and truly accepts what it means to be a husband, as well as Chiwa. The two have many arguments and struggle with the process of marriage but slowly start to understand each other and truly love one another.
This manga has huge character development, and honestly is pretty spicy. But not too much like midnight secretary. Overall, the concepts of love and marriage and overall storyline are well-done.

Omoi, omaware, furi, furare-ongoing: 38 chapters

Main girl protagonist Yuna, believes love to be like a romantic fairytale. She’s shy and timid and has never been able to find her true prince let alone confess. She meets a boy named Rio and falls in love with him after he kindly saved her from stepping in poop. However, it turns out that he already has someone he loves, which turned out to be Yuma’s newly made friend: Akari. However, despite that, Yuna stays by Rio’s side and listens to his love problems all the while encouraging him and giving him advice.
It’s a sweet manga, same author as Ao haru Ride and Strobe edge. It really focuses on the different perspectives of love and what it truly means to love someone, what it truly takes.

Here’s a little list of a few more(Unrequited but not necessarily the type you’re looking for):

Heroine Shikkaku
Strobe Edge
Koi shitagari no blue
Ao haru ride
