Hello.

I'm looking for a manga that deals with both sex and sexual tension (sexuality in general) in a relatively realistic way. Preferentially shoujo or josei, that is, something that has women as their target audience, but I'm up for some seinen too I guess, as long as it has what I'm looking for.

By realistic I don't mean necessarily that is has to be smut or even have an explicit sexual scene. I'd just like to read about characters who are both emotionally and sexually attracted to each other and acknowledge that fact, even if, for some reason, they'd rather not do the deed (though I'd rather they do).

Also, please, no emotionally weak female leads who swoon and blush at the mere thought of something remotely sexual. :/
It's okay to be inexperienced, but I'm kind of tired of reading about teenagers so pure that the topic of sex basically never comes up. Or about young women in their 20s to late 20s that behave as pre-pubescent girls.

I do like my romance with a touch of psychological dwelling into the characters psyques, but I'm willing to settle for something light and funny too.

It's just that I'd like the sexual scenes or the way the caracthers deal with their own sexuality to not be played for reader titillation only (it could too, but not only for that).
I'd like it to have an emotional context, to serve as character growth, etc.

From the top of my head I can think of Otona Pink, Hakuji and a few mangas by ISHIDA Takumi sensei (like Kakafukaka and Zig Zag Don) that fit what I'm looking for someway.
It doesn't matter how mature the story is (eh, it could even have a lot of teenage drama, I'm not being picky at this point), could be something like Kedamono Kareshi for example.

Could you help me find what I'm looking for?

Mars maybe? It was one of the first series I ever read and still remains a fav, though it is prone to melodrama. (I see you've read ES by the same author)

ETA: The Sensual M Okay it's not actually about sex (its not even that kinky if the BDSM tag scares you) but you have two characters navigating a relationship together and what it all means and I've found it really entertaining so far.

Ane no Kekkon - I think the best I got for you is this one. Josei, with a female lead dealing with the sexual tension between her and a married man. God, that was a terrible summary. But give it a shot, if you don't mind adultery in your manga.

Oboreru Knife - This one might not fit as well as the one I put above, though, since the target audience is much younger.

Butakai Ouji to 100 Kai no Kiss - Maybe this? It's just a oneshot though.

Lip Smoke - Very short manga, already complete.
