i'm looking for a manga about a couple, who will get a baby and the manga has to show how they will raise it. is there a manga like this?
it's ok if it's a drama or tragic. but please not a manga that is only cute and lovey dovey 😛

The only thing I can think about is Aiesu, although I'm not sure it suits your description. It deals with intersexuality and from 2nd volume onwards it deals with family and a child, who was born intersexual and the way the child adapts.
That's the only thing I can think about.

Doesn't deal with a lot of child caring (the girl's still pregnant).
But they do look after a child along the series..
It's really good and quite short. (3 volumes long..)
