Dark Mage mc is a hunchback but i have to warn you this one got axed.. they've recently taken up translating the novel into english though
Can't See Can't Hear But Love mc1 is blind, mc2 is deaf
Feng Shen Ji mc is missing an eye, but this series doesn't focus on his disability if that's what you were looking for
Attaque mc is missing an arm

H20 - Footprints in the Sand, it is a love story about a boy who can't see. But is helped by girlmates. It is a true worthy of read.

Maybe Until Death Do US Part by TAKASHIGE Hiroshi/ SONG Ji-Hyoung or Gangsta. by Kosuke? Both are dark and gripping action series, the male lead in the former is blind, and one of the protagonists in the latter is deaf, but they aren't really bothered by their disability.

The one-shot Koe no Katachi by Ooima Yoshitoki portrays the grade school life of a deaf girl. It's about bullying and managed to capture both sides, the one of the victim and the one of the bully, so spot on that Japanese publishers refused to feature this award-winning story.

By the way, there's also this other thread, Main Character/ Love Interest has disability or a special ability. whose OP asks for romance with a disabled person. It might provide you with more ideas.
