I read this awesome manga a while ago, about two teenagers who did it and were going to have a child, and had to face all kinds of angry teachers and parents. It was really cute and stuff, so I'd love to find it again. If not, any other cute stories will curb my appetite while I continue to search. 😎

I believe what you read was Akkan Baby. The only other manga featuring pregnancy that I can think of is Deep Love - Reina no Unmei. But beware, it is well, sad. And exaggerated. And it focuses more on the mother and her life than the pregnancy per se.

Yeah I agree, it's definitley Akkan Baby I only finished reading it too.
For some others, Bitter Virgin, Hot Gimmick, and Kami-sama no Orgel involve pregnancy/unexpected pregnancy too. I'm not sure about Hot Gimmick but something like her sister might be or something, I don't want to spoil it though If I am wrong, I haven't actually read it.

Hot Gimmick isn't the type of thing that the poster is looking for:

The sis has a pregnancy scare that lasts all of one chapter, and the focus of that chapter has nothing to do with the sis

currently on chapter 24 ... still ongoing, and ugh.... updates are very slow.. yet i really like the story. its a sad confusing manga. but still... there's romance. cute... and the artworks kinda like the manga girls saurus.

btw.... can i ask something personal? if u dont mind. why ? actually i have experience the same thing and happens that i can relate on this manga. how bout u?
