Im looking for a manga where the main characters life suddenly changes when he has to take care of a child, such as AishiteruzeBaby and UsagiDrop. Ideas anyone?

The only other one I can think of is My Girl (SAHARA Mizu).... I prefer it over the two you stated.

Our newest project at #drat is "Flat series". It's about an irresponsible high school boy who is suddenly put in charge of babysitting a young child. Look forward to our first release.
