Haruka Minami is a female cartoonist who lives in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. One of the things she is known for is the illustratrations for the PS2 Boys' Love game, Kohitsuji Hokaku Keikaku, which is based after her manga of the same name. She is a popular BL artist in Japan making sales almost as much as Yamane Ayano and known for specializing in H content and shotacon. She has been drawing herself as a rabbit since her debut as a doujinshika in published bonus material. Minami is also well-known for collectable cards, keychains and stationary of her illustrations. The name of her circle Panis AngeLics comes from the Christian "panis angelicus", meaning "angel bread." Her debut name, Kazuka Minami, is based on her real name and has been used since High School. Her specialties are school stuff, romantic comedy, and shota. Minami made her professional debut through being found by publisher scout meeting at a doujinshi event. Her debut work was "Novel Fudge vol.8" 1996/04 "Nonstop Train" published in Sakuramomo Shobo Publishing (unconfirmed). The first book is "Crystalize" (Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Original Comic) 1996/06 Published by Movic.

Was invited to Yaoi-Con 2009, but could not make it due to illness. She currently lives in Kanto. She is an active member of Comiket twice a year.
