Ogura Mayuri is a loner in high school, with a penchant for cooking and magic that her mother taught her. She’s already summoned a little demon familiar to help her with baking and other small chores.
But when she accidentally summons a high level demon named Beaut upon spilling tea on her skirt, he allows her to make one wish that he will grant. Mayuri wishes for the stain on her skirt to disappear in exchange for candy. The demon Beaut is outraged by the simple request, but he gets distracted by the smell of sweets - Beaut’s weakness.

Sweet yet oddly skewed! The heroine is definitely not quite normal, which is refreshing since she shouldn't be, haivng been raised by a demon and a witch. I love that she doesn't get mad at the things she should--finding out she had a demon servant who was ordered to become her a friend, for one, and yet gets outrageously awkward-upset at other things, like the demon she likes eating another girl's cake.

so far it's pretty cute and the food looks soooo yummy.... haha. i like it and it's a good read i think.
A new and refreshing storyline for shojo. All the characters are developing quite nicely and each chapter is filled with odd situations, laughter, and sweetness. Highly Recommended.
even though it has no real story or plot, i still like this and hope it updates. everything is really quite simple so i find it easy to understand but i'd really like more character development or more incites on them. it's cute and it lightens up my mood not to mention i like how Beaut is a demon but i find him more or a child than anything else xD.
but if it were to end, at least give us a story worth the number of chapters to remember it by and not what looks like a series of one-shots revolving around the same characters.

This story is adorable. It doesn't have a true plot, but that isn't a drawback in this case. It has a good combination of being romantic, funny, and a little bit sad. I really wish the mangaka would start working on this again, even if the releases were very slow. Although there isn't a conclusive ending, since there isn't really a plot the truncated ending doesn't leave you hanging. If you like this, I would recommend her current work, Karakuri Odette, it has the same sense of humor but the plot is a little more involved.
Doesn't have much in the way of a solid plot, but the characters are pretty interesting and funny. That combined with a sweet innocent romance that has a small twist makes for a good read, even in its hiatus status I consider this more than worth the read. Really hope the author picks it back up some day.
I blew through the 9 chapters in one sitting. It's fairly cute, interesting, and funny, and very easy to read, but not really spectacular. The story isn't that great, and the characters could use more development, but this manga is fun nonetheless.

At frist, I just desided to read it because I love SD's projects, but then I realized that it was by the same author as Karakuni Odette! (Which is another project by SD's :sweatdrops: ) The plot's a bit... odd, but the first chapter draws you in. I can't wait to read what happens next. =3
