Description
Urano, a bookworm who had finally found a job as a librarian at a university, was sadly killed shortly after graduating from college. She was reborn as the daughter of a soldier in a world where the literacy rate is low and books were scarce. No matter how much she wanted to read, there were no books around. What is a bookworm to do without any books? Make them, of course. Her goal is to become a librarian! So that she may once again live surrounded by books, she must start by making them herself.

Amazing world building

The most amazing part of fantasy kind of stories is when the author is able to catch you inside of a somehow touchy-realistic environments even while describing nonsensical phenomena like magic or stuff...
That's exactly what this kind of novel this is like. It's realistic even enough for you to think a world like that could ever exist just as described within the novel.
Although it is not a perfect work, it is one of the best fantasy novel I have ever read.
Worth my time invested in it, and pretty sure it would worth your time too.

Definitely interesting, with a slowish pace

Note: I've read up to chapter 35

This is a bit of an odd one. I really enjoy it, but I don't mind the slowish pace and the "action" being either someone trying to make books or social interactions between characters, so maybe it isn't for everyone. I do think that it's well written though, and blastron01's doing a good job with the translation, at least in terms of how easily it reads in english.

If I had to compare the feel of this to something, it'd probably be somewhat similar to Koshaku Reijo no Tashinami (Novel) but with book-making instead of financial stuff.

I like the pace of this a lot though, it's kinda slow with some small things happening, and then it swells into a climax, and then goes back down. I realize that describes most stories, but I think this one does a particularly good job with it.

I'd say that if you're looking for something entertaining and a little intellectual, this is a pretty solid choice.
