Here's the thing i love reading stories that involves:
1. sibling incest
2. STRICTLY doting family content
what i DONT like is seeing this two genre half-assedly combined

So let's talk about the family content. Its warm hearted and yet it always feels a tad shallow. They set up so many angsty plotpoint but its never thoroughly explored. Like Hari was pushed off the stair by her brother at one point but they just shrug the scene off like its nothing. Like I'm sorry😕 Can you let me shimmer in the angst, how these kids rejects her so outwardly? And hopefully later the bonding moments will hit much harder.... like what happened with WMMAP.

Grading the incest aspect this was horribly vanilla. It have the same vibe as mlm fanfic pretending homophobia dont exists, wheres the taboo flavor? IT SOMEHOW DON'T EVEN FEEL INCESTUOUS If you don't intend to make it feel forbidden then whats the point of spending 40+ chapters on establishing their childhood as siblings. I don't get whats the story trying to achieve at all... are u trying to appeal to family content enthuasist or degenerates? cuz right now its appealing to NEITHER

It’s great in the first 30 or so chapters as a family drama. It gets a bit boring in the middle because there is no true enemy until about chapter 60ish or so.

So onto the main controversy, the main love pairing is the duke and his adopted sister. The only way I’ve found I can stomach the sibling love pairing is to headcanon that the FL, Hari, doesn’t look like the dead little sister Arina at all (besides having silver hair).

Most of the time the ML, Eugene, is away from the family and has only lived with the FL for a year. In that year he never acknowledged Hari as his sister, so they didn’t grow up together as siblings. (The younger brother Erich on the other hand though...)

Now that that’s out of the way (although I truly understand if this isn’t enough and people still drop it after chapter 30ish), onto the rest of the story:

Mostly it’s just waiting for Eugene and Hari to fess up to each other. A new antagonist appears out of nowhere in like chapter 50, but she’s mostly just annoying until...

Came after reading Plutus's other work, ''who made me a princess'', because i loved that one, but it seems in this work he abandons the family relationship altogether and goes straight for the lame romance plot. It got boring really fast from that point on and i am still debating if i should continue reading or nah. Some people like to have the focus on romance (for some reason they think love is all that matters in this world), i like it to be in the background, it's there, it's important, yet, it doesn't bother you.
All in all you could give it a shot but don't get your hopes up. For what it's worth, up to chapter 25-30 is quite nice to read.

It's hard to rate this as it's basically two stories. The first is an interesting story (I'd give it an 8 or 9) about an abused woman forced to relive her horrible childhood and making the best out of it, taking her adult understanding of the situation to emotionally support and develop familial bonds that didn't happen the first time around. It's a story of love overcoming hate, compassion healing trauma, and finding family.

This story wraps up at chapter 33, and I think a lot of the high ratings for this series come from prior to this point. And when I say wraps up, I mean chapter 34 could have been an epilogue and it'd stand as a completed series.

I was really shocked to see it listed as Ongoing and that it was up to chapter 59. So I thought, hey, maybe with her future knowledge there's some big reveal or plot twist or other main event that the FL can take on and succeed at this time around now that she's solved the family issue with her brothers. Nope. This is literally an extended epilogue, set six years later, where the FL is now a Mary Sue and beloved by absolutely everybody in the kingdom. The conceit of the series is moot - the brothers adore her and treat her like a goddess now, and since she's a teenager the whole deal of her being mentally an adult is no longer odd, she just comes across as being a mature teenager. All the characters are one-dimensional caricatures that simple do and say the same things every time they appear. The only drama left is whether the FL will romantically get together with her engaged older stepbrother, which is gross (they grew up together as family from the time she was 7, and she's still only ~15-16 in this life while he's in his 20s, and the age difference might only be excused since she was originally 27, but he doesn't know that so ewww), but also intensely boring. There's nothing at stake at all. The FL has any number of genuinely good suitors, any of which would make her happy. She literally could be the next queen if she wanted to be. The older brother is stoic and reserved but lucked into an arranged marriage with a kind, generous, beautiful woman. He probably could come to love her if he could put aside his incestuous feelings for his adopted younger sister, but this is a story that seems to be on the side of getting the two of them together.

If you don't care about the gross incest elements I'd rate this part a 2, because it's still just an incredibly boring Mary Sue story with no stakes. If the incest bothers you, I'd give it a 1 and say absolutely don't read past 33. Just take the knowledge that everything turns out perfectly okay for everybody and it's like a smorgasbord of fairytale happy endings.

I really liked the story when it first began, but it's recently gotten boring... I don't know if I'm right but it seems like

So I'm sorry, but because of the above mentioned reason and because the story isn't progressing at a constant intriguing pace I don't find this story as appealing as I did before.

Despite there being another 12 chapter available for me to read right now, I was simply hanging on anyway. I just don't find "Beware of the Brothers" that engaging. A worse "A Stepmother's Märchen" in all aspects.

Why is everyone saying it's incest? Well, not everyone, but a lot of people. I did a lot of research on incest and found that over here in the US it wouldn't be counted as illegal/incest even if her and her "brother" got together. And plus we don't even know who she's going to end up with yet. The ML could be introduced in the 50th chapter or something. It's really good and I don't need it being labeled incest by people who don't even understand what incest is. It doesn't say incest anywhere in the tags. Just sayin. I really like the art and some peeps need to stop jumping to conclusions like that.

I was cry when i read this manga, i cant wait for the update. I love they hate and love bro and sis relationship. Not as a lover but as a family.

I really like this story! The plot is well done, the pacing is just right, the art is pretty, there's a nice balance of drama and fluff, and I like the characters for the most part. The major gripe I have is that there are times when I feel some characters act one dimensional or slightly off with no real explanation. However, the MC Hari is very well balanced! I feel like she has a very grounded personality and is very believable with what she says and acts. Though I'm concerned for her bc it feels like her life has constant hurdles of suffering and pain. Things are looking a lot better as of recent chapters though!

The more and more I read the more and more I'm invested in this family!
