Questionable translation, but great stuff

The art is god tier, the writing is just as good. There are moments that make no sense but they are easily minor. Seems that it ended abruptly though and for some reason the official english is gone?

I can’t read this, the grammar is abhorrent.

"The reason for my existence, is to kill you."

So, why is this manhua in particular one of the best? Well, let me explain it to you. Ling Chen and Ye Zi Mu have been friends since high school and remained the same until adulthood. In a world where superpowers are common, they found themselves on the opposite side of the spectrum. Ling Chen, our mc has one goal in particular, and that is to kill his best friend, Ye Zi Mu. When Ling Chen ended up defeated, he has gone back in time before the tragic event leading into their rivalry.

Art
Ok, I usually do not have much to say about this department, since it is quite easy to tell if one work has objectively "good" or "bad" art. But even if you have the mental capacity of a 3-year-old, you can tell that Villain Intilialization has one of the best and most unique art styles for a manhua. The character's glossy and expressive facial features add to every scene's impact, leading to some truly breathtaking moments.

Characters
The story follows our cast of friends, Ye Zi Mu, Ling Chen, and his two romantic interests. But this does not turn out how you think it might, in reality, these characters just have a really good time together and we get to see their friendship develop. All of the characters (except minor villains) leave their mark and truly shine unlike other series with huge, forgettable casts of characters. This is one of the main points that separate this manhua from the others, Ling Chen ACTUALLY develops, and he GENUINELY has a good time interacting with friends.

Story
While the story does sometimes slow down because of Ling Chen's inability to stick to his goal, it stays consistently good. There are points where it could get confusing if not read carefully, mostly parts leading up to the final encounter with our main villain. But let me just emphasize, the story does progress and it is honestly a fantastic ride to read through.

Overall
A 9.4/10 rating is honestly justified and well-deserved. Season 1 has just ended with season 2 already starting this month, so if you are looking for a geniuniely good manhua to have a blast with, why not try this one?

The art is great and the world building is good. However, the MC is one of those villains who is brilliant in multiple ways, except for when it comes to actually achieving his main goal. My simple advice for enjoyment would be to allow this tremendous and ongoing plot hole to pass by and enjoy the rest of what this manhua is offering (otherwise the reader will be continuously sighing).

While there are times when I'm not sure if I should keep reading.. after a while, I knew I should because the later chapters made it more interesting and explained a few more things to me. Answered some of the questions I had at the beginning. 🤔🤷🙂👍😂

This might be a good manhua, but i was not able to find good translations. So it just look very confusing and unconnected.

This is a very interesting mix between the webcomic style and superhero comic style. The art is phenomenal, it remains consistent and shows the action very well. The characters have a lot of back story, on top of the secondary back story from the separate timeline. A lot of twists and turns, keeping readers on their toes, with our villain protagonist doing his best to stay ahead of the game as his actions change the future that he is familiar with into an unrecognizable one.

I truly love this comic, it's got potential to go on for 200+ chapters easily. For anyone who likes villain characters, this is a great read. =]
