Pairing: Naruto x Sasuke
Volume 1 (Adolescent Mania) - Naruto and Sasuke form a bond during summer school tutoring sessions.
AU set in the world shown in the 2nd ending of Naruto Shippuden. I really want to like this doujinshi, I do, I mean the setting is just perfect for a good story (and you can't imagine how surprised I was when I realised this doujinshi was taking place in the exact same world shown in the second ending of 'Naruto Shippuuden', after I had just told myself how nice it would be if a real story was to be created based on the premise of this seemingly fun & interesting world after watching the entire anime). However, now that I've finished reading this, I'm not too sure myself anymore about whether I like the story or not. The art is alright (the chibis are freaking cute), but I really wished the mangaka had kicked the plot up a notch and really delivered the story in a different way. It's really a shame, this one.
this badly needs a sequel just so us readers can have closure! Even for shounen ai, the ending feels a little incomplete. Or maybe I'm just too used to yaoi, and that's why I felt like I just watched a short teaser of a porno clip that could have been a real good 45 minutes in total. :-/
