This is one of those one of a kind manga with little to no b*llsh*t. I enjoyed it. If you want a cute romance that leaves you with a bittersweet feeling this is it. There was a movie made around this concept wish sucked by the way. (Never watching it I'm it assuming since it had Bella Thorne in it with that horrid acting ps. She was better in shake it up)

Sooo anyways good story!

I really teared up. I felt so bad for her and her parents, especially the father. A really heart-warming and heart-breaking story.

It's simple and a little cheesy but in a wonderful way.

But that's all i can say. Good premise, but no matter how hard i tried i couldn't cry. I didn't get the feeling that they loved each other really. maybe some more character development was required??

I think the most beautiful thing about this story is the simplicity of it. The way she told was so simple that it made it more beautiful not too much drama but enough to send the message

It's sad but in a gentle way, not too teary and not too sloppy. It leave a soft echo and especially when reading it while listen to Yui's "Goodbye Days", it felt real...

I wasn't expecting that in the end. Well, i mean like not that quick but not even a child? I'm sure every or most girls' dream is to get marry and have a family. So that's why I felt sad for her :'(. After reading this made me think If I was her.... oh man I don't know what to do..... Anyhow, this is a great story to read into. I recommend it smile (also have a box of tissue next to you at the end)

A story of strength. A story of innocence and beauty. A story of love. A tragedy. A legacy.
Warning it is also a tear-jerker, but truly a wonderful story.

Not really, but I definitely felt like crying.
It's perfect as it can get.
Yes, it's cliche. But it's the healthy kind of cliche that we all love.
I also like how the disease is named, rather than some random "incurable" disease cliche.
