Complete? Hmm, more accurately "Unfinished" or "Discontinued"

Obviously from the preamble, the plot of the story is following an unlikely yakuza heir and his devoted lover until they manage to successfully take over from the previous boss. Except, the end of the third book doesn't get us there or answer some questions that would naturally unfold as the story continues. It's clearly ended about a volume shy of where it was planned to. An author note at the end of the series acknowledges this, saying that while she is finished "for now" the author hopes to one day return to this project. Based on the author note, I have updated this page to reflect the "unfinished" status of this work rather than "complete."

You need to read the licensed version

The 3rd and final manga has been released from SuBLime publishers in English. I have never read this (or any of NITTA Youka's work for that matter), so, I started reading the free scans for a preview and thought it was worth it and purchased them.

Well, once I started reading the licensed version I realised that HEAPS of pages were missing from the scans and the context was completely different. The licensed version was down-right gorgeous! The art was clean beautiful. The publishers did a great job but I was a little disappointed over the censorship. They whited out everything! *sigh*

The story itself is very complex as you get into the second and third volume and I had to take it slowly or I was missing important moments. Sneaky well thoughtout yakuza business with sexy boys everywhere.

I enjoyed this and am now willing to try Youka's other works.

Jacked up scanlation!

If you find this in the bookstore it's probably worth getting, but online, it's a waste of time.
As someone already noted, the scanlation is missing chapters!
Chapter 1 is available in English, then there's chapter 2 in Spanish, chapter 3 in Chinese.... and then it picks up again in English from the 6th chapter on, so there's a good 4 'missing' chapters here...
How something like that happens is beyond me (and yes I know scanlation is unpaid work, I've done it myself, but how would a group even translate later chapters when half of the first volume is missing?!)

It looks good from the pictures alone, sadly I speak neither Spanish nor Chinese and haven't been able to get my hands on a book copy yet. But if you're Nitta Youka's fan it's definitely worth buying, and if not, it's still worth spending the money.

I want to read this but its like missing half its chapters. I did find a source that didnt have missing chapters but it happened to be in spanish and sadly 1/2 a year worth of spanish lessons years ago is not enough to be able to understand this. Thus I give up on reading this.

Gangs? Action? Hot uke? You have them here.
I love the premise. Tooru is love. He reminds me of Koushi from Secret Diplomacy. I love this kind of look of uke from sensei.
